George Lenhart Vice President of IT Digital Transformation & Solutions
George Lenhart has joined System One Digital as Vice President, IT Digital Transformation and Solutions. George joins us from The Hershey Company where he led the IS Innovation and Disruptive Technologies group. His group specializes in evaluating, prototyping, and piloting emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems. Mr. Lenhart blazed the path for IoT connectivity by successfully controlling manufacturing equipment that receives prescriptive direction from Azure’s Cloud services.
Prior to ushering The Hershey Company into the world of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Mr. Lenhart led their Digital Transformation program. The current adoption of Office 365 at Hershey is more than twice the national average. From architecting, developing, governance, deployment, and global change management, Hershey is now equipped to leverage any device, at anytime, anywhere. This initiative has revolutionized flexibility in the workplace.
Before joining Hershey, Mr. Lenhart spent twenty-three years at UPS. Starting as an industrial engineer, he transitioned into consultative technical solutions. His team generated over one hundred million dollars in annual revenue.
Gregory M. Hicks Director of Data Architecture & Intelligence
Gregory Hicks is the Director of Data Architecture & Intelligence for System One Digital, where he is responsible for technological strategies, designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions, and technology support.
Greg has a strong IT background with over 20 years of experience leading and managing teams and applying technology to solve complex business challenges. Greg has successfully led multiple key IT initiatives while working at System One including global hardware and software deployment projects totaling more than $24.5 million.
Prior to becoming System One Digital’s Director, Greg served as IT Project Manager with System One where he was responsible for leading the Research & Development team during the Twizzler’s IoT project.
Debbie Fink Vice President of Business Development
Debbie Fink-Bleile is the Vice President of Business Development for System One. She is responsible for fostering current relationships and cultivating new ones. By concentrating on the establishment of trust, she is often the first call for System One’s current customers as she continues to drive quality results while providing sustainable growth for System One.
Debbie has a history of developing and maintaining business relationships with strategic customers at System One. Because of her focus on customer needs paired with her insight from various industries, she has led her office to over 24 million dollars in revenue in the past decade.
Prior to her current role, Debbie managed the recruitment and placement of professional staff from System One’s office in Hershey, PA. She was a strategic partner in providing technology expert, change management, and project management resources for multiple global deployment projects in locations across the world.
