Software Pool

Another thing that System One identified, was that users do not always need software for long periods of time. Sometimes users need an application for the duration of a project, or to test something new and then will no longer need the software after a specific time. System One was then able to create a software pool for IT.

By using this pool, the IT department was able to allow end users to “Rent” software monthly. This has huge savings implications for the organization, by enabling them to reuse what they have and get the right tools to the correct people, for the appropriate amount of time.
